It’s all about the “Art of Introspection.”

Introspection - the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes.

Get comfortable with lots of reflection and answering questions.

You must search for the treasures in your life.

You will search out the soundtrack you are playing and determine it is serving you well in this season of your life. 

You will work through the strategies I developed for myself and have practiced for more than 15 years. These exercises have helped me have great personal and professional success year after year, even when navigating the unexpected. Along with my faith in Christ Jesus, the practice of TFTY is my anchor.

These modules will help you move away from the goal-setting/checking-the-box mindset and plan for a year of continual growth and improvement that is best for your overall well-being. You will learn how to invest in yourself and set the right focus to help you have the best return on your investment (investment of time, money, energy, etc.).

A portion of our work will engage faith & mindfulness practice.
